Stremio not loading properly or freezes all the time

If Stremio is not loading properly or freezes all the time, it could be due to three factors:

1. Poor internet connection: If your network is slow, it’s normal for the multimedia content not to load. The only solution is to improve your connection with your provider or if you’re using Wi-Fi, you can try connecting a LAN cable to your device. Additionally, you can try selecting a source with a resolution lower than 1080p.

2. Your computer, TV box, or TV Stick doesn’t have enough power or space to carry out the task: If your device is outdated or was low-end, this could be the cause, especially if this situation occurs continuously. You can also try selecting a resolution lower than 1080p, which is less demanding on the hardware.

3. Lack of sources: This happens if instead of watching content through your Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. account, you’re using some addon to watch content.
To solve this problem, you should choose the option with more sources, as indicated in red in the following image. If you don’t have many sources, you can click on the play button and then pause to let it load and watch it later. Another option is to always look for content in its original language, which usually has more sources, and add subtitles using the subtitle addon.
